Workday Architect

Leading enterprise-wide solution design and governance, the full-time remote Workday Architect will shape future-state Workday architecture across Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management while collaborating with business and technology leadership. Key responsibilities Lead discovery workshops to gather requirements and map future-state business processes Develop and govern solution designs, business process designs, and security models while establishing configuration standards Guide tenant configuration, oversee testing and release readiness, and manage reporting governance and data strategies Required qualifications 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or 10+ years without a degree Proven Workday leadership experience within Finance, Supply Chain, or Human Capital Management Deep knowledge of Workday configuration, business processes, and governance Experience leading end-to-end Workday lifecycle efforts including discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment Ability to influence stakeholders and lead design decision-making
