ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2008 and currently has a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in management for medical claims with State Farm, which gave me a strong foundation in service, leadership, and building relationships. We offer 5 sick days, 2 weeks of vacation and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our office culture is friendly, easygoing, and laid-back — we all get along well and create a welcoming environment for both team members and customers. Camille Kiste - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
