Private Client Account Executive- Personal Lines

Private Client Account Executive (High-Net-Worth Personal Lines) A well-established, High-Net-Worth personal lines insurance agency is seeking an experienced Private Client Account Executive to join our growing team in Hauppauge NY. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the agency principal while managing and servicing an exclusive portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and possesses deep expertise in high-net-worth personal insurance solutions, carrier products, and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Manage and service an assigned High-Net-Worth (HNW) personal lines book of business. Prepare and market new business and renewal submissions, including rating, proposal development, applications, and binding through policy issuance. Conduct comprehensive client renewal reviews to support retention and identify coverage opportunities. Prepare applications, supplemental forms, binders, coverage summaries, certificates, Broker of Record forms, Evidence of Property, and Auto ID cards. Collaborate with carrier partners and wholesale brokers to secure optimal solutions for clients. Stay current on industry trends, coverage developments, emerging risks, and technology advancements. Support team initiatives and provide backup assistance to fellow Private Client Advisors as needed. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of High-Net-Worth Personal Lines insurance experience. Active Property & Casualty License in good standing. Strong knowledge of HNW carriers, including Berkley One, Chubb, Cincinnati, PCS/AIG, PURE, and Vault. Experience working with wholesale brokers on Excess & Surplus Lines placements. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities. Proficiency with agency management systems (AMS360 preferred), carrier portals, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and related technologies.
