Coverage Gastroenterology ERCP is required. Need for MI licensed provider to cover the following dates: June 11 (orientation), June 12 (7 am) – June 15 (7 am) December 11 (7 am) – December 14 (7 am) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch (8 hours billable) 15-hour overnight call shift Weekend call for 24 hours All OT and CB hours must be logged on the timesheet PRIOR to submission. Vendors, please ensure your providers are educated on this. Bids should include the 24-hour rate, as well as a regular hourly/night call rate. The start date is TBD upon completed credentialing. The locum provider will not have a scribe and will be responsible for all charting and work completion independently throughout the day. The provider must review pathology, communicate with nurses regarding patient results, and follow-up recommendations. This is a complete block coverage assignment; only full availability of the specified dates will be considered. Procedures include: EGD, colonoscopy, pH studies, manometry, sigmoidoscopy, PEG/PEG-J tube placement, ERCP/EUS (preferred), well-equipped with 4 procedure rooms/endoscopy suites, Olympus equipment, hydrogen breath testing, capsule endoscopy, Propofol administration, using Cerner, gGastro, Athena systems. The facility has a highly accomplished Endo Unit team, averaging 12 patients per day. Vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting all necessary pre-hire requirements, including background checks and drug screens. Medical Staff Services/CVO will conduct separate credentialing reviews. Administrative, credentialing, or enrollment-related fees may apply, and vendors are responsible for these fees to proceed.
