Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role located in Santa Ana, CA. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new leads, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, processing orders, negotiating contracts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The candidate will also collaborate with the marketing team to promote Daily Hug Coffee Roasters’ offerings and represent the brand at local events.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and the ability to close deals
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and relationship-building ability
- Knowledge of coffee products, market trends, and the specialty coffee industry
- Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Customer-focused attitude and ability to provide outstanding service
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience with B2B sales is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Availability to work on-site in Santa Ana, CA
