What You Will Do You will take a central role in driving complex commercial real estate transactions from inception to closing. Your day-to-day will involve negotiating, drafting, and executing critical documents for high-stakes deals. You will serve as a key advisor to top-tier institutional investors, developers, and corporate clients. Your responsibilities will center on structuring acquisitions and dispositions, forming intricate joint ventures, and managing the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial real properties. You will mentor junior associates and act as a primary point of contact for clients to ensure seamless execution on every transaction. Recent Highlights/Projects Advised a premier private equity group on a multibillion-dollar portfolio acquisition of prime industrial properties across the United States. Structured a complex joint venture for a mixed-use skyscraper development in a major metropolitan hub. Negotiated long-term commercial leases for Fortune 500 corporate headquarters. Facilitated the disposition of a nationwide hospitality portfolio for a leading real estate investment trust. What You Bring (Must-Haves) A Juris Doctor degree with a class year of 2022 or earlier. Four or more years of dedicated, hands‑on commercial real estate legal experience. Proven expertise in acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, or commercial leasing. A background working within a large, highly ranked law firm environment.
