Manufacturing Team Lead
Do you have at least 1 year of leadership experience in the paper industry or a fast-paced manufacturing setting? Are you looking for a lot of hours? This Team Lead position is a great opportunity to step into a key role with a growing manufacturing company offering full-time hours, career stability, and a collaborative work environment.
This company specializes in packaging solutions for industries nationwide, operating in a fast-paced production environment that values strong leadership and hands-on support. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team on the production floor, identifying bottlenecks in workflow, and driving improvement initiatives.
This is a temp-to-hire role, ideal for someone with solid supervisory skills who thrives in a high-speed environment and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Team Lead Duties:
- Lead and motivate team members to meet production goals
- Identify and resolve issues affecting production times and efficiency
- Hold team members accountable for performance and attendance
- Communicate clearly with team and management; assist with bilingual communication as needed
- Support floor operations and ensure accurate order fulfillment
Schedule:
- Night Shift
- Monday to Friday, 5 : 30 p .m. to 6:00 a .m.
Pay: $19 .00 per hour
$20.00 per hour after training
- Opportunity for full-time hire and pay increases based on performance
Team Lead Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a team lead, supervisor, or similar leadership role in manufacturing or paper production
- Ability to diagnose and improve production efficiency
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to be hands-on and work on the floor when needed
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus , but not required
