Frontline Leader - 2nd Shift

Team Leader – Production Reporting to the Department Supervisor, you will serve as the main resource to team members, regularly engaging with each individual to provide process knowledge, experience, motivation, support and advice. Responsibilities Provide on‑site leadership and skills to team members during manufacturing, processing, operating, packing, or unloading activities. Instruct teams on the proper use of safety equipment and emergency procedures when necessary during the production process. Hold responsibility for meeting quality assurance standards set by industry programs such as ISO and Six Sigma. Maintain regular communication with interrelated departments (distribution, engineering, etc.) to plan and execute production goals efficiently. Encourage team effort, positive attitude, and support among teammates. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. At least two (2) years of experience in the process area with working knowledge of the relevant processes and job content. Prior experience leading teams. Strong sense of responsibility, especially regarding safety and productivity of the team. Willingness to learn and be trained if necessary.
