We have an immediate need to hire skilled Industrial & Commercial Electricians to join our team in the Metro Atlanta area. Responsibilities Installs and repairs Commercial and Industrial electrical systems. Interpret blueprints, troubleshoot complex electrical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and equipment installation. Work independently and potentially train and supervise helpers. Provide detailed documentation and ensure safety and compliance on the job site. Conduct wire pulling, understand voltage colors and panel numbering. Efficient conduit bending, installing, bending, and running over 100' feet of conduit per day without assistance. Strong understanding and knowledge of regulatory codes. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, testing devices, and diagnostic equipment. Craft a material list for work to be performed. Exhibit strong physical capabilities: lift equipment, operate machinery, stand for extended periods, work in confined spaces, indoors or outdoors, various weather conditions; lift 50 lbs. minimum. Possess problem‑solving, effective communication, keen eye for detail; excel at building and providing exceptional service with super, client, and other trades; lead a team of electricians. Have 7+ years of practical experience or combination of experience and classroom instruction, e.g., vocational/trade/technical school or apprenticeship program such as IEC or similar accredited apprenticeship. Electrical License Holder (Class II) is a plus, but not required.
