Job Title: Experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Organization: Healthy Behavior Changes – Tilly Partner Location: South Florida (home/community/school; local travel required) Employment Type: Full‑Time, W‑2 About Us Healthy Behavior Changes is a clinician‑led ABA practice and training hub. We provide high‑quality, compassionate ABA services to children and adolescents with autism and related needs. Our goal is to deliver ethical, data‑driven care and professional growth opportunities for our team. What You’ll Do Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes, community settings and at school, implementing treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA Collect detailed data on client behaviors, skill acquisition and therapy sessions; share feedback with your BCBA to ensure programs are adjusted appropriately Use positive reinforcement and play‑based techniques to teach communication, social, self‑help and academic skills. Participate in team meetings and training sessions; collaborate with families and caregivers to support generalization of skills. Help train newer RBTs and behavior technicians as your experience grows. Maintain documentation, session notes and schedules through the Tilly platform. Qualifications Current RBT certification in good standing. 1+ years of RBT/ABA experience (lead or advanced RBT experience preferred). Minimum high‑school diploma ; college coursework or degree in psychology, education or related field a plus Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes and traveling between sessions; reliable transportation required Strong communication, professionalism and passion for helping children and families. Must pass background check and maintain HIPAA compliance. Compensation & Benefits Because we’re part of Tilly, we can offer competitive pay and benefits that exceed many RBT roles (which often pay $17.50–$20.50/hour Hourly rate: $22–$27 per hour , based on experience and responsibilities.
