Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production and execution of all banquet, snack bar, and la carte food services
• Support the chef in completing pool cafe service operations
• Prepare station and ensure it is stocked with all necessary components, maintaining par levels
• Cook and plate menu items in coordination with the kitchen team, ensuring proper temperature, doneness, and presentation
• Organize and consolidate prep work, identify needs, and notify supervisors accordingly
• Assist in properly storing all incoming orders
• Utilize prepared ingredients and food for service, specials, buffets, and family meals
• Maintain cleanliness of the station, kitchen, and all related areas as directed by the chef
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe working environment

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred but not required
