Cross-functional from day one – You'll partner directly with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT/Security — not just support Legal. High-volume, high-variety contract work – Provider agreements, client contracts, vendor deals, and compliance programs across a network of court reporters, videographers, interpreters, and process servers. You own the stack – CLM evaluation, matter management, automation, renewals, budget tracking, playbooks. It's yours to build and run. You’ll be a self-starter who thrives without heavy oversight, and takes projects from zero to done. This is a hands‑on role for someone who gets energy from building the first version of something and finishing it — even through the messy middle. You’ll crush this role if you have 3+ years of legal ops experience, in‑house legal department background, hands‑on contract management software experience, and a track record of driving cross‑functional initiatives to completion.
