Average Daily Volume: 8

Case Mix: Ortho, Gyn, Urology

Support Staff Available: Manager, 2 APPs

Required Procedures: Angioplasty, Stent placement, Embolization, Needle biopsy, Thrombolysis, UFE (Uterine Fibroid Embolization)

Job Requirements: Board Certified in Interventional Radiology (Required), Active MI Medical License, BLS, ACLS, Local provider preferred; Clean malpractice & license history; NPDB self-query required
