Interventional Radiologist Mid Michigan

A hospital in Mid Michigan is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to support call coverage. This opportunity is ideal for experienced IR physicians seeking a hospital setting within a collaborative, well-supported department.

Job Overview

Specialty: Interventional Radiology (Locums)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Flexible
Schedule:

Onsite: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM, Monday Friday
Call: Every 3rd weekday and every 3rd weekend

Patient Volume: Average of 8 cases per day
Practice Setting: Hospital-based Level I Trauma Center
Case Mix & Procedures : Angioplasty, Stent placement, Embolization, Needle biopsies, Thrombolysis, Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE)
Additional preferred experience: Orthopedic, Gynecology, and Urology procedures
Travel/Lodging : Reimbursed
Compensation: Market competitive locum rates, discussed individually based on experience and schedule expectations

Job Requirements

Board Certification: Interventional Radiology
Experience: Minimum 2 years Interventional Radiology experience
Licensure: Active Michigan medical license
Certifications: BLS and ACLS
