• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
• Setting: Hospital-Based

• Duration: Ongoing
• Schedule: Day Shift Coverage
• Call Schedule: Every 3rd Weekday and Every 3rd Weekend
• Call Ratio: 1:3
• Average Cases Per Day: 8
• Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 Days (Fast-Track Available)
• Support Team: 3 Interventional Radiologists and 2 APPs
'Requirements'
• Board Certified Interventional Radiology
• Active Michigan Medical License
• BLS
• ACLS
• NPDB Self-Query within 30 Days of Presentation
• Clean Malpractice and License History Preferred
• Local Providers Highly Preferred
• Travel Providers Considered if Available for 2+ Weeks per Month
