Work You'll Do As a Delivery Consultant, Infrastructure Engineering Solutions on the Infrastructure Engineering Solutions team, you will be responsible for: Supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure engineering solutions for client and internal environments Configuring and deploying cloud, network, compute, storage, and platform components based on project requirements Executing infrastructure automation, provisioning, and environment build activities using approved tools and standards Troubleshooting infrastructure issues, documenting root causes, and supporting remediation activities across delivery workstreams Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support solution delivery, testing, migration, and operational readiness Key Skills Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Limited immigration sponsorship may be available 5+ years of hands‑on experience with AWS DevOps, Terraform and automation scripting with Python, Bash, Ansible etc. Advanced understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure services such as VPC, EC2, S3, EBS, EFS, ELB, IAM System Administration Experience with Ubuntu, RedHat Linux or Windows Server 2012R2/2016/2019/2022. Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Preferred: AWS certifications (associate and professional level), RedHat Linux system administration and HashiCorp Terraform certifications are preferrable Experience with server hardening for security compliance Experience with DevOps/Automation tools including AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Git, Gitlab Experience with cloud operations (backup, patching, vulnerability management) Experience working with cloud automation and deployment tools (CloudFormation, Ansible, Terraform, Chef) Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS EKS, AWS ECS, Fargate) Accommodation Information for applicants with a need for accommodation: Deloitte is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities.
