Recruiter Manager

We're looking for a highly mand**ed**Technical Sourcing Recruiter to drive high-volume hiring for infrastructure and technical positions. This role is heavily focused on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent while meeting aggressive recruiting goals in a fast-paced environment. Job Title: Recruiter Manager Duration: 12-month contract. Hiring for the following locations: Seattle, WA 98109 Arlington, VA 22202 Herndon, VA 20170 Pay Range: $35/hr. - $50/hr. About the Role: We're looking for a highly mand**ed**Technical Sourcing Recruiter to drive high-volume hiring for infrastructure and technical positions. This role is heavily focused on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent while meeting aggressive recruiting goals in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Source and engage technical talent through multiple channels. Conduct phone screens and assess candidate qualifications. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-volume hiring. Manage candidate submissions and recruitment data within ATS platforms. Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to identify and engage talent. Complete a structured onboarding program and begin building active pipelines within the first two weeks. Consistently meet recruiting performance metrics. Performance Expectations: Achieve approximately100 recruiting points per month. Average4-6 hires per month. Conduct around20 onsite interviews per month. Complete20-25 phone screens per month. Maintain high levels of sourcing activity, candidate outreach, and pipeline generation. Required Qualifications: 2-7+ years of recruiting experience(3+ years preferred). Strong experience withBoolean searchandadvanced search string (keystring) creation. Proficiency withApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS)and AI-powered sourcing tools. Experience recruiting fortechnical or engineering roles.
