Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide timely customer service support, obtain, analyze, and verify order information, and ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction. This role reports to the Operations Manager. Answer phone calls from customers placing orders and provide sales quotes Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives on customer orders and quotes Assist walk‑in customers in the showroom with questions and order placement Solicit new or complementary sales for customers through phone and showroom interactions Research product solutions to resolve field‑project issues Maintain operational hours: Monday to Friday, dayshift What We Are Looking For Relevant experience in a similar position Knowledge of cabinetry, kitchen & bath, or similar building materials Strong customer‑service, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills Team‑oriented with initiative and drive for creativity AS400 experience preferred but not mandatory High school graduate; some college coursework preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for daily tasks Compensation And Benefits Competitive market‑based hourly pay rate Group insurance program (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.) Employee Stock Purchase Plan with employer matching 401(k) with employer matching Paid vacation and holidays We are an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Quincaillerie Richelieu Ltée/Richelieu Hardware Ltd
