412 Properties is a Pittsburgh-based real estate brokerage and property management company providing professional leasing, management, maintenance, and real estate services throughout the Pittsburgh market.

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and highly organized Full-Time Leasing Manager to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for managing the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease execution while providing an excellent experience for prospective and incoming residents.

The ideal candidate is personable, responsive, comfortable working independently, and able to manage a high volume of leads, showings, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to prospective tenant inquiries
• Schedule and conduct property showings throughout the Pittsburgh area
• Follow up with prospective tenants and actively work leads through the leasing process
• Maintain accurate records of leads, showings, applications, and leasing activity
• Prepare and maintain rental listings across applicable marketing platforms
• Coordinate property photography, listing information, pricing, availability, and marketing updates
• Assist prospective tenants with rental applications and required documentation
• Review applications for completeness and coordinate the application process with the property management team
• Prepare leases and coordinate lease execution with approved applicants
• Communicate move-in requirements, deposits, utility responsibilities, and other relevant information to incoming residents
• Maintain regular communication with property managers regarding vacancies, leasing activity, market feedback, and upcoming move-ins
• Help ensure vacant properties are marketed effectively and leased as efficiently as possible
• Provide a professional and positive experience for prospective and incoming residents

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time-management skills
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and in person
• Ability to manage multiple properties, prospects, and appointments simultaneously
• Strong customer-service and sales mindset
• Comfortable using technology and learning property management and leasing software
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to properties throughout the Pittsburgh area
• Prior experience in leasing, property management, real estate, sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required

The right candidate will consistently follow up with leads, understand what prospective tenants are looking for, communicate professionally, and work to convert qualified prospects into signed leases.
