Job Description:

This is a relationship driven sales role with long-term income potential through commission. We know building a client base takes time which is why we offer ramp-up earnings support during your first months as you grow your pipeline and book of business

Monday - Friday 8:30 am 6:00 pm (Possible Rotating Saturdays 9:00am - 1:00pm)

Key Responsibilities

Sales Retention & Revenue Growth: Own the sale and ongoing service of ACGbranded and brokered insurance products memberships and financial products within a hightraffic ACG branch; uncover customer needs generate new business retain existing clients grow ACGs insurance portfolio overcome objections negotiate effectively close sales and meet or exceed individual sales targets and incentive plan expectations.

Insurance Reviews & Policy Execution: Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk identify coverage gaps recommend appropriate solutions and quote bind and issue policies in accordance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency and support high customer satisfaction loyalty and trust in the AAA brand.

Prospecting Community Engagement & Referrals: Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect expand referral networks develop new business opportunities and identify crosssell and referral opportunities into Travel and Financial Services to maximize overall member value.
