In this role, you will work one-on-one with a very smart and motivated kindergarten student who needs targeted assistance to strengthen fine motor abilities, such as pencil grip and coordination. Your expertise will greatly enhance this child's ability to engage and succeed in the classroom, laying a solid foundation for continued academic growth.

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school environments
• Demonstrated knowledge of fine motor interventions and pediatric best practices
• Experience creating individualized treatment plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to document progress and adjust strategies as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate fine motor skill development specific to classroom tasks
• Design and implement engaging therapeutic activities tailored to one student's needs
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support carryover of skills
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress
• Offer recommendations for accommodations or classroom modifications
