Key Qualifications:

• Current Illinois Physical Therapist license required
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred, though passionate pediatric PTs are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
• Comfortable crafting and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Ready to begin as soon as possible; quick interview process available

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students based on IEP or 504 plans
• Complete evaluations, develop and document treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support student goals
• Maintain detailed, timely records in compliance with state and district policies
• Offer recommendations for classroom modifications and assistive devices
• Participate in team meetings as needed, both in-person and virtually
