• Collaborative approach with multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility and organizational aptitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services for students, both in group and one-on-one settings
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student planning
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine therapy needs
• Document all sessions, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely fashion
• Consult with teachers, families, and other staff to optimize student support
• Adapt equipment and workspaces for optimal access and inclusion
• Stay current with evidence-based practices relevant to school-based physical therapy
