Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Sherman Oaks, CA within the food and beverage production industry. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys solving problems, communicating clearly, and helping customers and internal stakeholders receive timely support.

The Customer Support Representative will handle phone and email inquiries, process customer-related paperwork, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure requests are completed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries by phone and email in a professional, timely manner.
- Process paperwork, forms, and customer documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with internal departments to help resolve customer needs, order questions, or service requests.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and completed tasks.
- Provide clear written communication while managing multiple requests in a fast-paced support environment.
- Support a positive customer experience by demonstrating patience, professionalism, and follow-through.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $22 to $25 per hour.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Sherman Oaks, CA.
