This role focuses on providing accurate, professional customer service to assigned personal lines P&C customers, exercising discretion and independent judgement. It also supports the department and organization’s revenue growth goals through customer retention, account rounding, and collaboration. Responsibilities Interacts with various staff to assure prompt superior service to both external and internal clients. Maintains all aspects of the insurance program. Manages high net worth customers. Manages farm and ranch accounts. Promotes customer retention through account review and account rounding; re‑markets accounts when necessary. Complies with client service deliverable standards. Helps achieve department and organization revenue growth goals through retention and collaboration. Problem‑solve and work effectively under tight deadlines. Requirements At least 18 years of age. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or equivalent preferred. Texas P&C License required. Six years of retail insurance agency experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Benefits & Perks Profit Sharing potential.
