Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Acquisition: Connect with potential customers and recommend State Farm products that meet their needs.
- Consultative Selling: Talk with customers and discuss the best solutions
- Customer Relationships: Build lasting relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, and addressing any concerns they may have
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the success of our agency.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Self-Driven and goal-oriented individual
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
Be capable of handling customer rejection
Be equipped with great listening and closing skills
