Conduct thorough evaluations for patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations, utilizing both standardized assessments and observational methods.

Create personalized treatment approaches tailored to individual needs, focusing on short-term objectives as well as long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing goals.

Deliver personal speech therapy interventions targeting areas of communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and family members to develop cohesive treatment strategies.

Educate patients and their families to foster progress outside of clinical visits.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless care throughout every stage.

Maintain diligent documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Engage in professional development through ongoing education and collaboration with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first month of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based interventions for all age groups, along with a thorough understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Adeptness in adapting therapy methods to accommodate diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.

Familiarity with electronic medical records and related documentation practices.
