CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE The Client Service Associate (CSA) plays a critical support role within our advisory team. Reporting directly to the founding Investment Advisors, the CSA serves as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client service needs, ensures operational workflows run smoothly, and helps deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact through ongoing relationship management. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow within the wealth management industry. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Client Support Develop and maintain long-term client relationships as part of the advisory team. Help clients open accounts and transfer funds between institutions (Schwab, Fidelity, and others). Assist clients with paperwork and follow up to obtain signatures as needed. Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling and document preparation. Maintain the CRM system, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and up to date. Maintain organized physical and digital client files in accordance with regulatory and firm requirements. Prepare client-facing materials, including account summaries, performance reports, and proposals. Support advisors on special projects that help clients succeed. Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and operational efficiency. Administrative Support Keep CRM entries organized and current. Serve as de facto office manager: coordinate with vendors, maintain a clean office, and order supplies. Manage calendars for Melody executives. Contribute to building firm processes, templates, and workflows. Business Growth Support sales and marketing efforts while a dedicated team is being built out. Assist with planning occasional client events. WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A GREAT FIT FOR THIS ROLE Wealth management or finance industry experience will help you get a fast start but is not necessary. Nontraditional backgrounds with any previous customer service or sales & marketing experience work too. We’re more interested in your potential than your past achievements. You are willing to take and pass the FINRA Series 65 exam. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This is a full-time in-office role in Lehi, Utah. The expected salary range for this role is $40,000-$65,000.
