Accounting Associate

Magnum Piering in Cincinnati, OH is seeking to hire a full-time Accounting Associate who will work closely with our CFO in our West Chester, Ohio office. Job Description Process invoices in an accurate and timely manner Assist CFO in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year‑end assignments Respond to A/P inquiries from vendors Reconcile bank accounts, including posting and tracking receivables Journal entries Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company standards and accounting principles Phone backup Collaborate on other projects as needed or assigned Other administrative duties may be assigned Qualifications 5+ years of Accounting experience Proficient in Microsoft Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and highly organized Benefits Offered 401(k) 401(k) match Medical, Dental and Life Insurance Paid time off Referral program Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
