Head, Testing & Validation

Responsibilities Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees. Responsible for budget planning and tracking in the assigned area. Defining targets for the team in coordination with the Manager. Act as main point of contact for development teams for any functional, organisational or commercial matters arising regarding testing. Ensuring necessary testing for product validation (both performance of the tests and the test results). Derive and define requirements for validation and testing based on system requirements. Responsible for safety in lab and test area, incl. safe test bench operation and testing while complying with all relevant standards and legal regulations. Strategically develop validation and testing skills in coordination with the Manager. Coordinating validation and testing activities at international level with internal and external service providers and partners. Draw up reports on work results, costs and planned investments.
