Internal Audit Manager

We are working on an exciting opportunity for a global organization seeking an Internal Audit Manager to join their team. This position serves as the leader of the organization's North American internal audit and compliance activities. The role is responsible for leading J-SOX evaluations, assessing internal controls, executing risk-based audits, monitoring remediation efforts, and partnering with executive leadership, the parent company, and external auditors. This is a highly visible role requiring strong leadership, collaboration, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across the organization's control environment. This is a hybrid role in the Greenville, SC area. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS Lead internal audit and J-SOX compliance activities. Partner with leadership on internal control initiatives. Coordinate audit and compliance efforts across locations. Develop and execute the annual J-SOX evaluation plan. Evaluate CLC, FRC, PLC, and ITGC controls. Maintain audit documentation and testing workpapers. Support SOX tool implementation and process improvements. Execute risk-based audits across key business functions. Identify control gaps and recommend improvements. Prepare audit reports and present findings to management. Support external audit requests and documentation needs. Perform root cause analysis and track remediation efforts. Promote SOX and internal control best practices. Drive continuous improvement in governance and compliance. QUALIFICATIONS Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, and financial reporting processes. Experience with RCMs, process documentation, and control testing. Ability to assess deficiencies and develop remediation plans. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification preferred. Experience with J-SOX, SOX compliance, internal audit, or public accounting preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
