Associate Director, Content & Omnichannel Capability Owner Germany (m/f/d)

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate Director to lead content and omnichannel capability development in Germany, translating business priorities into AI-enabled personalization technology use cases. This role bridges brand teams, IT, and global capability owners to deliver local adaptations of personalized customer engagement solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead definition and governance of local marketing capabilities aligned with global standards
Manage IT relationships to activate and enable new marketing technologies in market
Own accountability for country-level technology roadmaps reflecting personalization capabilities
Serve as recognized expert on industry trends and capability recommendations for content delivery
Drive end-to-end personalization execution across content production and omnichannel enablement

Requirements

6+ years digital marketing operations experience in large, complex organizations
Deep personalization strategy expertise across channels, preferably pharmaceutical industry
Advanced analytical skills including machine learning and predictive analytics interpretation
Proficiency with Veeva CRM, Workfront, JIRA, SFMC, consent platforms, and content management systems
Experience with taxonomy, content tagging, offshore production models, and AI-assisted tools
Fluent English required; German preferred
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functionally and translate between technical and business language
