WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE 

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll:

• Provide inbound customer support.

• Help customers resolve technical issues.

• Assist in correcting billing concerns.

• Ensure the appropriateness of social media content.

• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

• This position supports work performed under a U.S. government contract that requires employees in this role be U.S. citizens or U.S. lawful permanent residents. Employment will be contingent upon meeting this requirement.

• The base salary for this position is $18.50/hr., plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
