Personal Lines Account Manager - Hybrid Job Summary Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a well-established and growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a reputable agency that specializes in personal lines insurance, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and cross‑selling opportunities. The position is hybrid, with a mix of in‑office and remote work after the initial training period. Compensation Package Salary Range : $50,000 - $65,000 annually Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance Work Arrangement : Hybrid model (onsite training for a few months, then remote work on Wednesdays and Fridays) Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Handle a mix of 50% sales and 50% service (with an expected shift to 70% service and 30% sales over time). Proactively round and cross‑sell insurance products to existing clients. Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Utilize Xanatek software to manage client information and process transactions. Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals and contribute to a positive work environment. Qualifications/Requirements Licensure : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 2 years in personal lines insurance; experience with Erie Insurance is a plus but not required. Skills : Strong sales and customer service skills, with a willingness to engage in cross‑selling and upselling. Language : Spanish‑speaking candidates are highly desirable. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with Xanatek software or similar systems is preferred.
