Shift: 1st: 5 am-3 pm, Monday - Thursday

In this role, you’ll help operate a semi-automated food ingredient processing system, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a hands-on position that combines machinery operation, material handling, quality checks, and teamwork in a food production environment. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate and monitor a semi-automated food ingredient processing system to keep production running smoothly.
• Load, move, and handle materials, including performing repetitive heavy lifting throughout the shift.
• Operate machinery and forklifts to transport ingredients, supplies, and finished products as needed.
• Monitor equipment gauges, identify changes in processing conditions, and make adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Perform basic laboratory testing and quality checks to ensure food products meet established standards.
• Accurately complete production paperwork, record information, and label containers to maintain proper documentation and product identification.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures to prevent contamination and ensure products are safe for consumption.
• Work closely with other production team members to meet daily goals and maintain an efficient workflow.
• Wear required personal protective equipment, including hairnets, protective smocks, gloves, earplugs, and masks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all company policies and procedures.

Please note: This position involves working in an industrial food production environment that may be loud, dusty, cold, warm, or have strong odors. Potential food allergens, including wheat, dairy, and soy, are present in the facility. The role also requires repetitive heavy lifting and the ability to maintain focus while performing routine tasks.
