Schedule & Location - read this first

In-person, showroom-based role: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm at our West LA showroom on Sawtelle Blvd. Leads come to you from our marketing funnels - you consult, follow up, and close. Occasional in-home and job-site visits happen during business hours; company vehicle provided. If you want remote work or flexible hours, this is not that job.

Who we are

Lion Windows & Doors has sold premium windows, doors, skylights, and moving glass wall systems across Southern California for over 15 years. Our clients are homeowners, architects, designers, builders, and contractors on high-end residential projects. Our DimensionsPro platform handles visualization and follow-up support so you can spend your time selling.

What you'll do

- Run showroom, in-home, and job-site consultations for $10K-$500K projects

- Scope projects and present proposals

- Follow up on a large inbound pipeline through our CRM

- Build referral relationships with contractors, architects, and designers

Who you are

- Sales, construction, or home-improvement background

- Comfortable with $10K-$500K projects and high-end clients

- Organized, self-motivated, comfortable with CRM and technology tools

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Window and door experience preferred, not required.

Compensation

$50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission on job gross profit - 7% to 10% depending on your monthly sales volume. Realistic first-year earnings $90K-$130K. Retirement plan (California-mandated), paid product and systems training, and every lead our marketing generates. We are a small, family-run company: we do not currently offer health insurance or paid time off, and we tell you that up front.
