Employer Industry: Clinical Diagnostics Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $45.00 per hour Eligible for bonus/incentive pay Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) Opportunity for career advancement and professional growth within a leading company in life sciences Fully remote work arrangement with flexibility, requiring proximity to a major metropolitan airport Supportive and collaborative work environment focused on innovation and impact What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Develop expert software and applications skills to support laboratory automation systems Execute implementation processes that create reference level customers Communicate complex concepts effectively to both internal and external customers Provide advanced applications and workflow troubleshooting, both on-site and via remote support Mentor and train customers and front-line support personnel on system knowledge and operational skills What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in Medical, Biological Sciences, or Engineering, or related technical major, with 3+ years of relevant industry or military experience; or Associate's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience Operational experience with diagnostics laboratory instrumentation Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across customer account and business functions Strong customer-facing interpersonal communication and facilitation skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and a valid U.S. Passport How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Previous experience in diagnostics laboratory automation applications Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office Knowledge of network/LIS communication and troubleshooting skills We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
