Top performers typically earn an additional $2 – $4 per hour in commission. As a Sales Associate, you will Meet membership sales goals Achieve performance-based goals such as Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu and educate clients on benefits of specific services and enhancements Provide excellent customer experience through phone calls, appointments, greetings, and membership sales and management Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events Uphold spa cleanliness standards Perform various other duties as assigned The role has a varied schedule including weekend, daytime, evening, and holiday shifts; flexible availability is preferred.
