Global Web Production Lead - Fashion Retail

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, execution-focused web production professional to join a fast-growing global digital team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building and scaling global web production capabilities across North America, Europe, and Asia. Ongoing contract - start ASAP Full time - 40 hours a week Must be able to accomodate flexible hours between 6a-8p What You’ll Do Own day-to-day web production execution , ensuring content is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time Build and update web pages across global markets , supporting international digital experiences Manage end-to-end content flow , from intake through QA and publishing Partner with global teams across regions including Europe, Asia, and Australia Work within backend systems such as Salesforce, CMS platforms (e.g., Amplience), and Adobe tools Support development of scalable workflows and automation to improve production efficiency Contribute to AI‑driven content and automation initiatives Help maintain consistency with brand standards, UX guidelines, and accessibility requirements What Makes This Role Unique Global scope : Collaborate with teams across multiple time zones Flexible schedule : Some early morning or evening availability is required (planned in advance) to support global partners Growth‑oriented : Opportunity to help build new processes and capabilities from the ground up Highly collaborative : Work closely with digital, tech, SEO, and content teams Long‑term potential : Ongoing contract with the possibility of extension or conversion What You Bring 2–4 years of web production experience , ideally within retail, fashion, or editorial environments Experience working with CMS platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Amplience, or similar) Strong understanding of web production workflows and QA processes Comfort working in a fast‑paced, highly executional environment Familiarity with SEO/AEO best practices Basic understanding of front‑end web technologies (HTML/CSS preferred) Interest in AI tools, automation, and improving digital workflows Ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross‑functional teams Nice to Have Retail or fashion brand experience Exposure to global digital operations Experience building web pages or content modules from scratch #J-18808-Ljbffr Adecco
