The role requires a strong ability to hire, develop, coach and hold accountable a team of high performing sales people that generate revenue by utilizing solution selling strategies. This role also requires frequent client and prospect interaction, as well as a close partnership with market/division leaders. This position will be required to use the solution selling model to grow and track the team’s existing portfolio and source new business, as well as, achieve annual sales production and revenue goals.Job Responsibilities: Drive the Sales Consultants to partner effectively with RM’s to grow pipeline, revenue and close businessProvide Treasury Management support and leadership to markets/divisions within their territoryAchieve and maintain assigned pipeline requirementsSet proper expectations, measure results, and communicate rewards and consequences of performanceEngage in frequent coaching sessions to improve overall sales performanceClearly communicate Sales Consultants responsibilities with line of business and service partnersUnderstand current market conditions impacting product and pricingCoordinate strategy, tactics and sales approach with relationship management and functional partnersEliminate non-revenue generating obstacles for Sales Consultants, such as implementation and customer service calls to ensure a service free sales forceActively ensure compliance with all US Bancorp policies and procedures such as Code of Ethics and all Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, etc.At minimum 50% travel will be requiredBasic Qualifications: 7+ years of financial solutions selling or related experience7+ years of sales coaching experiencePreferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree preferredAbility to exercise assertive leadership in markets to drive resultsStrong understanding of sales process, solution selling approach, and working capital management practicesWell-developed verbal and written communication skills including presenting to large audiencesAbility to take ownership, implement, and execute TM business strategyDemonstrated ability to develop creative solutionsProficiency in Treasury Management and Payments SolutionsWell-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skillsTraveling at minimum 50% in market If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to ourdisability accommodations for applicants.
