Recruitment Coordinator

I’m hiring an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to support a rapidly growing, highly innovative technology company. This is a high-volume, high-touch coordination role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can independently manage complex scheduling while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Pay: $57.50/hour Contract: 1 Year Schedule: Full-time Primary focus: Approximately 80-90% end-to-end interview scheduling What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate complex, multi-round interview loops involving multiple interviewers and time zones Support hiring across Engineering, Product, Research, GTM, Business, and Executive-level roles Partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Executive Assistants, interviewers, and senior stakeholders Handle last-minute cancellations, interviewer declines, reschedules, and other scheduling challenges with urgency Proactively identify scheduling issues and present solutions without creating additional work for recruiters Maintain clear, professional, and timely candidate communication throughout the interview process Manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and candidate experience Keep candidate and interview information accurate within recruiting systems What I’m Looking For 3+ years of direct Recruiting Coordinator experience preferred Experience managing complex interview loops, panels, and multiple time zones Comfortable supporting fast-moving technical and/or business recruiting teams Strong partnership experience with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, EAs, and senior stakeholders Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions with limited direction Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to scheduling challenges Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, Slack-heavy environment Preferred Experience High-growth technology or startup environments Engineering, Product, Research, GTM, or Executive recruiting coordination Greenhouse, Ashby, GoodTime, ModernLoop, or similar recruiting/scheduling platforms If you have experience owning complex, high-volume scheduling and enjoy working in a fast-paced recruiting environment, I’d love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr
