What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care for critically ill patients in ICU/CCU settings
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to clinical changes within Q1H or more frequently
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols
• Assist with patient education and family communication as needed

What You Need

Required:

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU/CCU experience
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in trauma, surgical, neuro, cardiac, or OB units
• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment
