Compensation : $25-30/hr

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a well-established manufacturing company specializing in sophisticated packaging machinery. This is a great opportunity to work in a hands-on, precision-focused environment where quality, craftsmanship, and technical expertise are valued.
Job Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components.
- Perform tooling, workholding, offsets, and tool changes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
- Make basic CNC program edits and adjustments.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
- Follow quality and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
CNC Machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Strong CNC setup experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
- Basic CNC programming or program editing experience.
- Experience with CNC mills and/or lathes.
