Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals and families.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples, allowing for joint discussions as well as individual sessions to address personal challenges.
\n
• Address a wide range of issues including alcohol abuse, family conflicts, grief and loss, job stress, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches and customize interventions to meet diverse needs.
\n
• Document client progress and treatment updates in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client base, including adults and child/adolescent populations. We support a variety of family structures and dynamics, including blended families and those facing separation or divorce. You will be integral in assisting clients through significant life transitions, focusing on improving their relational patterns and emotional health.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
