Truck Sales Manager

To drive a new customer onboarding initiative, the full-time Commercial Trailer Sales Manager will partner with the Sales and Marketing team, visit prospects to set them up on the Tapped Trailers platform, and ensure customer satisfaction while monitoring trailer inventory remotely. Key responsibilities Partner with Sales and Marketing to onboard new customers in launched and pilot markets Visit prospects to set them up on the Tapped Trailers platform and verify requirements Resolve customer complaints and maintain satisfaction around rental transactions across multiple markets Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Transportation, or equivalent experience Two or more years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Operations with a track record of onboarding new customers Advanced-level knowledge of Ryder's rental product line Trailer or equipment industry experience is a plus, though not required Willingness to travel 10-20%, typically for local sales blitzes
