Litigation Assistant

National Law Firm seeking a strong Litigation Assistant with 5+ years' experience to join their Boston office. This role will support multiple Attorneys in the area of Commercial litigation defense. Responsibilities: File and client management, formatting, proofreading and editing documents, E-filing, time entry, billing, expense reimbursements, travel arrangements, and other administrative support Requirements: Solid work history including 4+ years providing administrative support in the litigation practice area Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff including attorneys, paralegals and other assistants throughout the Firm Intermediate to advanced-level use of Microsoft Office Suite, .pdf editing software, and related legal software Experience with E-filing (federal and state) Experience using timekeeping software and document management systems Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading skills, and meticulous attention to detail Possess strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen ability to multi-task Proven success as a positive team player, as well as an independent worker Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
