Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia, PA. This role oversees day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and company policies. The Human Resources Manager partners with department leaders to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies. Daily responsibilities include managing HR processes and documentation, coordinating training and development initiatives, handling benefits and leave administration, and guiding leaders on HR best practices. The role also supports culture-building activities, promotes a safe and inclusive work environment, and ensures HR practices align with organizational goals. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and HR policy administration. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a strong focus on compliance, confidentiality, and ethical HR practices. Skill in talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning, ideally within hospitality, gaming, or related service industries. Experience coordinating training, development, and coaching programs to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and data reporting to support decision-making and process improvement. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a professional and inclusive approach with a diverse workforce. #J-18808-Ljbffr
