4-day work week (flexible schedule)
No call, no weekends
Complete autonomy in your practice (95% cases GI-based)
Every 5th week off = 4-day weekend

Open to full-time or locum options
$300,000+ earning potential
Guaranteed base + bonus incentives ($265K base W2; $1800 per day 1099)
