Location: Coos Bay, Oregon
Schedule: Full-Time (80 hrs/pay period) or Part-Time (48 hrs/pay period)
Base Salary: $305,218
Level III Trauma High Acuity Collaborative Team
️ CRNAs Practice 100% Independently
Cases: All except heads & hearts Healthy peds only
All types of blocks performed
️ 7 ORs + Endoscopy, Cath Lab & ASC access
Shift assigned (to be discussed during interview)
Paid call with post-call day off Shared weekend coverage
Residency in the local area required relocation may be necessary
️ Board Certified CRNA REQUIRED
Oregon License (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
1+ year CRNA experience REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice History/Background REQUIRED
