WE'RE HIRING — Dispensary Manager | American Made Cannabis | Winona, MN American Made Cannabis is a woman-owned Minnesota dispensary built on historic roots and modern cannabis — proudly serving Winona and the Minnesota–Wisconsin–Iowa tri-state corridor from a beautifully restored 1898 brick storefront in the heart of downtown. We are searching for a Dispensary Manager to own daily operations, build and develop a great team, and set the standard for compliance, service, and culture as we launch. Responsibilities Daily retail operations, sales performance and KPIs Compliance with Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management requirements Inventory controls, audits, cash handling and loss prevention Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching the team Inspection readiness and community engagement Qualifications 21 years old with a HS diploma or GED Two or more years of management experience in retail, hospitality, healthcare or cannabis Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays as needed Cannabis experience and knowledge of MN regulations a plus Compensation and Details $25–$28 per hour Full-time Downtown Winona, MN Immediate hire – opens June 26th This is a rare ground‑floor leadership opportunity with a locally owned company committed to compliance, education, community, and real paths to advancement in Minnesota's growing cannabis industry.
